تأثیر آبسیزیک‌‌اسید بر میزان رشد، زیست‌‌توده خشک، انباشت لیپید و رنگدانه‌‌های فتوسنتزی ریزجلبک ‌‌Nannochloropsis salina در محیط کشت گیلارد

ریزجلبک Nannochloropsis salina یک گونه امیدبخش برای تولید لیپید است که در آبزی‌‌پروی و تولید سوخت زیستی مورد استفاده قرار می‌‌گیرد. از طرفی، هورمون‌‌های گیاهی نیز اثرهای مختلفی بر سوخت و ساز جلبک‌‌های تک یاخته‌ای دارند. از این رو، آزمایشی با هدف بررسی تاثیر غلظت‌‌های آبسیزیک‌‌‌‌اسید (ABA) بر رشد و زمان دو برابر شدن، مقدار کلروفیل‌‌ها، کاروتنوئید، زیست‌‌توده خشک، ABA درونی و لیپید کل ریزجلبک N. salina در محیط کشت گیلارد انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل غلظت‌‌های صفر (شاهد)‌‌، 5/0،‌‌ 10 و‌‌20 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر آبسیزیک‌‌‌‌اسید بود. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1399 در آزمایشگاه ریزجلبک پارک علم و فناوری خلیج فارس بوشهر انجام شد. تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تیمار ABA بر تمام ویژگی‌های مورد مطالعه در سطح 5 درصد معنی‌‌دار شد. تیمار ‌‌20 میلی‌‌گرم بر لیتر آبسیزیک‌‌‌‌اسید باعث افزایش نرخ رشد، مقدار کلروفیل‌‌ها، ABA درونی و لیپید کل در این ریزجلبک گردید. بیشترین کاروتنوئید و زیست‌‌توده خشک به ترتیب در تیمارهای 5/0‌‌میلی‌‌گرم بر لیتر و شاهد مشاهده شد. یافته‌‌های پژوهش نشان می‌‌دهد غلظت 5/0 میلی‌‌گرم بر لیتر ABA بر تولید لیپید و کاروتنوئید ریزجلبک موثر بوده، ولی برای افزایش تولید لیپید کل، غلظت 20 میلی‌‌گرم بر لیتر ABA مناسب‌‌تر است.
