fa مقایسه ویژگی‌‌های مورفوفیزیولوژیکی، رویشی و عمر پس از برداشت ارقام انجیر در شرایط دیم منطقه دشمن‌زیاری (شهرستان ممسنی) Comparison of Morpho- Physiological, Vegetative and Postharvest Life Characteristics of Fig (Ficus carica L) Cultivars in Mamasani City, Doshmanzyari Region Under Rain-Fed Condition میوه کاری(میوه های ریز، معندله و سردسیری، نیمه گرمسیری، میوه‌های خشک) Pomology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> برخی شاخص‌‌های ریخت‌‌شناسی، ویژگی مناسبی برای تمایز ارقام انجیر هستند که می‌‌توانند به عنوان‌‌شناسه جهت طبقه‌‌بندی این گونه مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. از این رو در پژوهش حاضر برای شناسایی اختصاصی  چهار رقم انجیر از  ویژگی‌‌های فیزیولوژیکی و رویشی و تعیین عمر انبارداری استفاده شد. این پژوهش در قالب طرح  بلوک‌‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ارقام انجیر سبز، غنی، فریدونی و سفیدک در روستای مشایخ، بخش دشمن‌زیاری، شهرستان ممسنی در سال 1401 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که عادت رشد، رنگ جوانه انتهایی، رنگ دمبرگ، شکل میوه، رنگ زمینه پوست میوه، رنگ شاخه یکساله، شکل لوب اصلی برگ، تراکم شاخه، افتادگی شاخه و قدرت رشد چهار رقم انجیر را می‌‌توان به‌‌عنوان صفات کلیدی در شناسایی ارقام به کار برد. رقم غنی دارای ‌‌بالاترین نشت یونی  برگ به میزان %92/24 بود. رقم سبز به‌‌ترتیب با 13/8 و 06/11 میلی‌‌گرم بر گرم بیش‌‌ترین میزان کلروفیلa و کاروتنوئید را در برگ داشت. رقم فریدونی بیش‌‌ترین میزان مواد جامد %66/18  و بالاترین تعداد میوه (33/7) در شاخه،  کمترین وزن تر و خشک میوه، ماده خشک برگ، کمترین میزان نشت یونی (%37/15) را داشت.  کمترین طول برگ (09/94 میلی‌‌متر)، تعداد برگ (33/3)، تعداد میانگره (66/5)، و بیش‌‌ترین طول دم میوه (81/15 میلی‌‌متر) در رقم سفیدک مشاهده شد. با توجه به تجزیه خوشه‌‌ای و صفات ریخت‌‌شناسی رقم‌‌های غنی و سفیدک دارای قرابت بیش‌‌تری نسبت به هم بودند و ارقام فریدونی و سبز هم در یک گروه قرار گرفتند. عمر انباری رقم غنی نسبت به سایر ارقام بیش‌‌تر بود. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Some morphological parameters are suitable indicators for distinguishing Ficus cultivars, which can be used as descriptors for the classification of this species. Therefore, the current research focused on the specific identification of four fig cultivars based on physiological and vegetative characteristics and determining the storage life. This research was arranged as a completely randomized block design with three replications in Sabz, Ghani, Fereydoni and Sefidak fig cultivars in Mashaikh village, Doshmen Ziyari district, Mamsani city in 2022. The results showed that growth habit, terminal bud color, petiole color, fruit shape, fruit skin color, one-year-old branch color, main leaf lobe shape, branch density, branch bending and growth vigour of four fig cultivars can be considered as key traits to identify fig cultivars. Ghani recorded the highest leaf ion leakage (92.24%). The Sabz cultivar had the highest content of leaf chlorophyll a and carotenoids with the value of 8.13 and 11.06 mg/g, respectively. Fereydoni cultivar had the highest percentage of soluble solids (18.66%) and the number of fruits per branch (7.33). The lowest fresh and dry weight of fruit, leaf dry weight matter, and the percent of ion leakage (15.37%) was found in Fereydoni cultivar. The lowest leaf length (94.09 mm), leaf number (3.33), internode number (5.66), and the highest stalk length (15.81 mm) were observed in the Sefidak cultivar. According to the cluster analysis and morphological traits, Ghani and Sefidak cultivars were more closely related to each other, and Fereydoni and Sabz cultivars were also placed in the same group.
