fa شناسایی و ارزیابی اولیه نژادگان‌های برتر بادام باغ‌های سنتی قزوین براساس برخی ویژگی‌های کمی میوه کاری(میوه های ریز، معندله و سردسیری، نیمه گرمسیری، میوه‌های خشک) Pomology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ژرم‌پلاسم‌های بادام موجود در ایران به‌عنوان یک منبع ژنتیکی ارزشمند و غنی برای به‌نژادی آن می‌باشند</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. در این بررسی نژادگان‌های بادام سازگار با اقلیم شهرستان قزوین در سال‌های 1393 و 1394 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در مجموع 45 نژادگان </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برتر</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انتخاب و مهم‌ترین </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ویژگی‌های ریخت‌شناسی آن‌ها </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با استفاده از توصیف‌گر </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بادام</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌های تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه‌های میانگین‌ها نشان دهنده تفاوت معنی‌دار بین نژادگان‌های مورد بررسی بود. برخی ویژگی‌ها از جمله عرض و قطر میوه، قطر پوسته چوبی، وزن میوه و وزن مغز، طول رشد شاخه سال جاری، عرض برگ و شمار برگ دارای تنوع بیشتری بین نژادگان‌های مورد بررسی بودند. هم‌چنین همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری بین برخی ویژگی‌ها مشاهده شد. تجزیه خوشه‌ای، نژادگان‌های مورد بررسی را در فاصله 5 اقلیدسی، در چهار گروه تقسیم‌بندی نمود. از عوامل مهم تفکیک خوشه‌های اصلی ویژگی شمار برگ بود. تجزیه به عامل‌ها توانست ویژگی‌های مورد ارزیابی را به سه عامل اصلی کاهش دهد که در جمع &nbsp;97/69 % واریانس کل را توجیه نمودند. نتیجه‌های حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که ویژگی‌های مورد بررسی قابلیت تفکیک نژادگان‌‌ها را دارا بوده و گوناگونی پدیدگانی </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بالایی در ژرم‌پلاسم منطقه وجود دارد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این تنوع برای برنامه‌های به‌نژادی بادام مفید و کاربردی می‌باشد.</span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;Iranian almond germplasm is regarded as one of the most diverse and valuable genetic resources for almond improvement. In the present study, almond genotypes from Ghazvin province were evaluated during 2013 and 2014 to determine the overall degree of variation and to select superior trees. During the first year evaluation, 45 superior genotypes were selected and some phonological traits were recorded according to IPGRI descriptor for almond. Results of analysis of variance and mean comparison of traits showed that cultivars and genotypes were significantly different in all studied traits, indicating significant differences between genotypes and traits. Some traits such as fruit width and diameter, shell diameter, fruit and kernel weight, branch length, leaf width and the number of leaves showed higher coefficients of variation. Cluster analysis using UPGMA method and Euclidean distance detected four major clusters and showed a considerable diversity within the same germplasm population. Principal component analysis indicated that the first and second components explained 69.97% of all variance. The results of this study showed the high diversity of the almond genotypes based on their morphological traits.
