fa ویژگی‎های تنژگی و ریخت شناسی دانه گرده برخی از نژادگان‎های نر خرما (.Phoenix dactylifera L) در استان خوزستان Pollen Germination and Morphologic Chracteristics of Some Male Date Palm Genotypes (Phoenix dactylifera L.) in Khuzestan Province میوه کاری(میوه های ریز، معندله و سردسیری، نیمه گرمسیری، میوه‌های خشک) Pomology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در این پژوهش، آزمایشی به‌منظور بررسی ویژگی&lrm;های تنژگی و ریخت‌‌شناسی 21 نژادگان نر نخل خرما در استان خوزستان به‌صورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام و درصد زنده‌‌مانی دانه‌های گرده از طریق آزمون‌ رنگ‌‌آمیزی استوکارمن و درصد تنژگی با استفاده از محیط کشت تغییریافته بروبیکر و کواک (MBK) بررسی شد. ویژگی‌‌های ریخت‌شناسی دانه گرده شامل محور قطبی (P)، قطر استوایی (E)، نسبت P/E به کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره (SEM)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج، میانگین درصد زنده‌‌مانی و درصد تنژگی دانه گرده نژادگان‌‌&rlm;ها به‌ترتیب بین 33/70 تا 99 درصد و 33/11 تا 33/96 درصد بود. همچنین نتایج مقایسه میانگین‌‌ها نشان داد که نژادگان&rlm;های مورد مطالعه، تنوع بیشتری را در درصد تنژگی نسبت به درصد زنده‌مانی گرده نشان دادند. علاوه براین، دانه‌‌ گرده نژادگان‌‌های مختلف از نظر ابعاد (محور قطبی و استوایی) و نسبت P/E تفاوت معنی&lrm;داری داشتند. مطالعه میکروگراف‌‌های میکروسکوپ الکترونی نشان داد که دانه‌‌های‌‌ گرده در همه نژادگان‌‌های مورد مطالعه، منفرد، کشیده، تک شیاره و دارای آراستار‌های مشبک و نامنظم بودند. بر اساس تجزیه خوشه‌‌ای، نژادگان‌‌های خرمای مورد مطالعه در چهار گروه اصلی طبقه‌‌بندی شدند و نژادگان&rlm;های همنام از مناطق مختلف در یک گروه قرار نگرفتند. این مسئله حاکی از درست بودن پیش فرض این مطالعه مبنی بر متفاوت بودن نژادگان‌‌های همنام و نادرست بودن نامگذاری سنتی آن‌‌ها توسط کشاورزان بود. یافته‌‌ها نشان داد که پارامترهای ریخت‌‌شناسی را می‌‌توان برای تشخیص گرده نژادگان‌‌های مختلف نخل خرما و نیز مطالعه روابط خویشاوندی آن‌‌ها استفاده کرد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study was conducted to investigate pollen germination and morphological chracteristics of 21 male date palms in Khuzestan province in a completely randomized block design with three replications. The percentage of viability of pollen grains was determined by acetocarmine staining test and the percentage of germination was determined using the modified Brewbaker and Kwack (MBK) culture medium. The morphological characteristics of pollen grains, including polar axis (P), equatorial axis (E), P/E ratio and the pattern of exine arrangement were also investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The average viability percentage and pollen germination percentage of the genotypes were between 70.33 to 99% and 11.33 to 96.33 %, respectively. In addition, the results of mean comparison showed that the studied genotypes demonstrate more variation in the germination percentage compared to the viability percentage. The results showed that pollen grains of different genotypes were significantly different in terms of dimensions (polar and equatorial axis), percentage of viability and germination. The study of SEM micrographs showed that the pollen grains in all genotypes were monad, prolate, monosulcate and had reticulate and irregular exine ornamentation. Based on the dendrogram, the studied genotypes were classified into four main clusters, and genotypes with the same name from different regions were not included in the same cluster. This issue indicatess the correctness of the hypothesis of this study that the genotypes with the same name are different and their traditional naming by growers is incorrect.
