fa ارزیابی بنه باغی به عنوان پایه پسته در شرایط شوری براساس برخی از شاخص‌های رشدی و ویژگی های بوم‌فیزیولوژیکی میوه کاری(میوه های ریز، معندله و سردسیری، نیمه گرمسیری، میوه‌های خشک) Pomology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به‌منظور ارزیابی تحمل پایه‌های بنه‌باغی و پسته بادامی ریز زرند به تنش شوری، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح به‌طور کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، هر تکرار شامل دو نمونه و هر نمونه یک گلدان با سه دانهال اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل سه سطح شوری (صفر، 70 و 140 میلی‌مولار) کلرید سدیم، کلرید کلسیم و کلرید منیزیم با نسبت (۳:۲:۱) و سه پایه (بادامی ریز زرند، بنه‌باغی تیپ رشدی پسته و بنه‌باغی تیپ رشدی بنه) بودند. نتیجه‌ها نشان داد که تنش شوری سبب کاهش ویژگی‌‌های رویشی و بوم‌فیزیولوژیکی شد. به‌طوری‌که کمترین کاهش وزن خشک برگ مربوط به پایه بنه‌باغی تیپ رشدی پسته و بیشترین کاهش مربوط به پایه بادامی ریز زرند بود. هم‌چنین در بالاترین سطح شوری، پایه بنه‌باغی تیپ رشدی پسته دارای بالاترین مقدار محتوای نسبی آب و پرولین برگ و پایه بنه‌باغی تیپ رشدی بنه دارای کمترین مقدار آن‌‌ها بود.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هم‌چنین نتیجه‌ها نشان داد که کمترین مقدار سدیم اندام هوایی مربوط به پایه بنه‌باغی تیپ رشدی پسته بود. بر اساس پژوهش بالا پایه بنه باغی تیپ رشدی پسته مقاومت بیشتری به تنش شوری نسبت به پایه بنه باغی تیپ رشدی بنه داشت.</span></span></div> <br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br> <strong>Evaluation of </strong><strong>Banabaghi as pistachio rootstock </strong><strong>to salinity stress according to some growth indices and echo physiological parameters.</strong><br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;">In order to evaluate the tolerance of Banabaghi and Badami-Riz-e-Zarand pistachio rootstocks to salinity, an experiment was conducted as factorial based on completely randomized design with three replications. Each replication consisted of two samples and each sample containing a pot with three seedlings. Treatments were three levels of salinity (0, 70 and 140 mM) of sodium chloride, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride with ratio (3:2:1) and three rootstocks (Badami-Riz-e-Zarand, Banabaghi with pistachio growth type and Banabaghi with mutica growth type). The results showed that salt stress decreased the growth characteristics and eco-physiological parameters so that the most leaf dry weight was observed in Banabaghi with pistachio growth type and the lowest was in the Badami-Riz-e-Zarand rootstock. Also, at the highest level of salinity, Banabaghi rootstock with pistachio growth type had the highest relative water content of leaf and the Banabaghi rootstock with mutica growth type had the lowest content. The highest proline content of leaves obtained in the Banabaghi rootstock with pistachio growth type and the lowest content was observed in the Badami-riz Zarand rootstock. Also, the results showed that the lowest shoot Na concentration was observed in Banabaghi with pistachio growth type.
